Not across a busy street to the beach and dock, nor with a view of the water over passing trucks and through power lines--but true waterfront luxury, where you can load on the Aldora dive boats just steps from your room. Of course the New Hotel Fontan has all the amenities of a fine luxury hotel with indoor and outdoor dining, pool-side bar, and water sports services are provided by Aldora Divers. Perhaps best is that it is just north of the town square and out of the range of the cruise ship hoards, yet close enough in so that you will find it easy to enjoy the fine food and culture of Cozumel.
